Digital Accessibility Specialist
Qantas - Mar 2025 to present
As a Digital Accessibility Specialist at Qantas, I built and embedded the foundations of digital accessibility across all business units, acting as the primary SME for assistive technologies, inclusive design and accessible development.
My Impact
Launched the organisation’s first Digital Accessibility Training program in partnership with Intopia, providing 500+ employees with access to online courses and hosting up to 100 participants at our in-person workshops.
Improved the Qantas digital accessibility score by 15% as the Accessibility Technical Lead on the Qantas wesbite rebuild project.
Co-created the new Qantas Design System, enabling teams to build consistent, WCAG-aligned digital experiences at scale.
Drove the creation of Qantas Digital Handbook, housing bespoke training resource packs, assistive technology testing guides and inclusive language guidelines.
Led the Enabled Network digital uplift project, expanding digital access to internal forms and policies to Jetstar, Qantas Loyalty and Qantas Freight.
University of Technology Sydney - Sept 2024 to present
Alumni Committee Member
As an Alumni Committee Member, I lead initiatives that connect, support and elevate the alumni community, and represent the Committee at major university engagements to foster partnerships and philanthropic growth.
My Impact
Led the establishment of UTS’ first Indigenous Alumni Committee, delivering career-focused events and support initiatives for the First Nations alumni community.
Drove philanthropic growth to secure thousands of dollars in support of the UTS Equal Access Scholarship.
Directed community and Elder consultations to inform the policies, priorities and cultural foundations of the Indigenous Alumni Committee.
Developed a robust Young Alumni Strategy outlining key priorities for community engagement and long-term delivery, and formally presented it to the UK and European Advisory Board for endorsement.
Partnered with the UTS North American Advisory Board to design mentorship and international networking groups to strengthen the global alumni community.

Qantas Loyalty - Feb 2024 to Mar 2025
Quality Assurance Tester
As a Quality Assurance Tester for the Qantas App, I delivered rigorous cross-platform testing, authored test plans and acceptance criteria, and ensured each release delivered functional, inclusive and compliant digital experiences.
My Impact
Completely rebuilt accessibility testing standards and processes for the Qantas App development team, improving compliance and inclusive user experience.
Hosted 800 employees at the Qantas Loyalty Town Hall, presenting AI research and insights to inform business strategy.
Successfully released the new Book and Shop tabs on the Qantas App, driving an increase in revenue within the first month.
Founded and scaled the Qantas Loyalty Accessibility Champions program to 60+ members, to build capability across app teams.
Product Designer
As a Product Designer, I contributed to the discovery and design of the Manage Booking platform redesign. I facilitated user research workshops, refined design solutions, and developed all competitive research to inform project strategy.
My Impact
Developed the initial design concepts for the Manage Booking platform, which heavily influenced the final product.
Facilitated six Human Centered Design workshops, enabling co-creation of the platform with 30+ stakeholders across the business.
Partnered with the Enabled Network to deliver Qantas’ first “User Testing with Lived Experience” session, integrating insights from people with disability directly into the design process.
Community Restorative Centre - Dec 2023 to Jan 2024
Systems Coordinator
As a Systems Coordinator, I drove internal change management by designing initiatives to equip employees in supporting their clients. I worked closely with First Nations women and other vulnerable cohorts to facilitate access to career development programs, rehabilitation pathways, and personal empowerment initiatives.
My Impact
Led the transition from manual, paper-based processes to fully digital systems for payroll, vendor purchasing and expense management, significantly improving accuracy and company workflow efficiency.
Managed the procurement, administration and licensing of new software across the organisation, ensuring cost efficiency and operational continuity.
Delivered tailored training and resources to support a workforce where 67% had low digital literacy, resulting in successful organisation-wide adoption of the new systems.
Established eight new partnerships to strengthen cybersecurity posture and IT systems support.
Led the development of policies and governance models, including the Reconciliation Action Plan and Cybersecurity and IT Management Policy.
